Barbara Diane Lamkin, 70, of Blanco, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in San Antonio, TX. She was born February 5, 1946 in Fredericksburg, TX to Elmer and Ethel Wood. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Thelton and Billy Wood.

She is survived by her loving husband Edgar Lamkin; children, T. Lester Coldewey and wife Carol, Keith Coldewey, Chanta Coldewey Brockway and husband Robert, Kim Lamkin, and Lakeisha Lamkin Billingsley and husband Benjamin. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Kimber Thompson and husband Heath and Tiffany and Brittany Brockway; one great grandson, Heath Thompson; and many other relatives and dear friends.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, February 19, 2016 at the Christadelphian Cemetery near Hye, TX. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Blanco EMS or Blanco Volunteer Fire Dept.
