Cecil Andrew Wagner, 73, of Blanco passed away on Tuesday, April 18 ^th at his home surrounded by his family. Cecil was born on November 4, 1943 in Blanco, Texas to Nay Cecil Wagner and Grace Wagner Flugrath. He is a graduate of Blanco High School and worked for many years as a technician for several high tech companies. Cecil is preceded in death by his parents.

Cecil is survived by his wife; Shirley Seymour Wagner of Blanco, a son Cecil Craig Wagner and wife Kerry Burd Wagner of Bertram, a daughter; Karen Wagner Lohman and husband Carl of Sonora, two step sons; Joshua Caleb Lowry of Blanco and Charlie Todd Wolf of San Antonio, a step daughter; Debra Faurie of Blanco, a brother L. J. Wagner and wife Martha of Blanco, three sisters; Janice Culton and husband Rod, Pamela Nabors, and Laurie Parker and husband Jason all of Blanco. Three grandchildren; Dylan Wagner Lohman, Joshua Austin Wagner, and Samantha Grace Wagner, five step grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and other extended family members.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 in the Blanco Cemetery at 2:00 PM under the direction of Crofts – Crow Funeral Home in Blanco, Texas.
