Christopher Lee Biggs was born on March 26, 1980 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He lost his 3 year battle with kidney cancer on August 30, 2017 in Frisco, Texas at the age of 37. He is survived by his parents, Jan and James Biggs, and his sister, Amanda Biggs, of Frisco, Texas; Aunts and Uncles: Karen and David Freer, Curtis Marek, Carla and George White, Steve and Nelda Brasher; Cousins: Jennifer Wilson, Nichole Jones, Melanie Wingo, Jason Freer, Lacey Jaeger, Camran Marek, Robert White, Michael White and Charles White. He is preceded in death by his sister Jodi Lynn Biggs; maternal grandparents, George and Dottie Marek; paternal grandparents, Carl and Lutene Biggs.

Chris graduated from Kingwood Highschool in 1998, and then went on to graduate from the University of Houston in 2002 with a BA in Creative Writing. For the last several years, he worked in the Dallas area as an IT technician. Chris loved spending time with his family. He particularly looked forward to the Annual Marek Family Reunion, where he could enjoy the company of 60-70 of his closest Marek Family members.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Crofts – Crow Funeral Home where funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM.  Interment will follow at Miller Creek Cemetery.
