Cola Mae Stovall
, 91, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Thursday, December 7, 2017. She was born August 13, 1926 in Hollister, OK to Bill and Mary (McFall) Pritchard.
Cola was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Clifford L. Stovall; two sons, Paul R. and Phillip A. Stovall, her sister, Marie Majors, and her brother, Buster Pritchard.
Cola is survived by four children: Terry L. Stovall and wife, Judy, Cheryl K. Salmon, Leslie C. Stovall, and Jeff C. Stovall and wife, Kelly; seven grandchildren: Brian, Miker, Savannah, Matthew, Eli, Aimee, and Kelsey, as well as six great grandchildren. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and dear friends.
In addition to being a faithful and long-time member of Blanco Hills Church of Christ, Cola was an exceptionally loving and generous individual. Her kindness and warmth were not only reflected in her care for family and friends, but in her interactions with everyone she encountered. She will be remembered for the comfort brought from every stitch of her quilts and for her delicious pear pies.
Funeral arrangements have been made at Crofts-Crow Funeral Home in Blanco, TX. Visitation will be held on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., and funeral services at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 11, 2017. Jeff Mullen will be officiating the services. Interment will follow at the Blanco Historic Cemetery.
