Curtis Spencer of Blanco, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at his home. He was born on December 24, 1949 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Charles Franklin and Fannie Maude (Maples) Spencer. Curtis graduated high school and attended the University of Texas. He entered the Navy and served our country for six years. Curtis went to work as a mechanic for Seymour Automotive for several years. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Garland Wayne "Jimmie" Spencer.

Curtis is survived by his sister; Cheryl Seymour and husband David of Blanco and two nephews; Blake Allen and Robert Charles Seymour. Services will be held at a later date. Local arrangements are under the direction of Crofts – Crow Funeral Home in Blanco, Texas.
