Dan was a huge inspiration to both his daughters and grandchildren, as they grew up and experienced the world he was always there to give guidance on life and it's adversities. He stood by their side when they had their struggles and supported them, but also advocated for what he felt his daughters deserved. Dan encouraged them to follow their dreams, and continued to do so when they started their own families, inspiring his grandchildren to do right by their goals. Dan always encouraged fellowship and finding a church that they felt comfortable in, but would happily discuss theology into the night, as well as other life challenges, whenever asked. His late night conversations will be missed.
