Diana Marie Lira passed away September 2, 2021 in Mesquite, TX. She was born to Julio Vasquez and Delisia Cruz on March 23, 1964 in Hereford Texas. Diana is survived by her four children Samuel DonJuan, Christina Lira, Julie Martinez and Alma Lira. She had 6 grandchildren, Amaya Mendez, Ava Mendez, Alyssa Archibald, Dez Hernandez, Mila Hernandez and Flor Licea. She is also survived by her sons and daughters in law, Kyle Archibald, Rodolfo Martinez, Adrian Mendez and Vanessa Licea. She also leaves behind her father, sister Delia Cervantes and brother Julio Vasquez Jr.

Visitation will be held at Crofts - Crow Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 7, at 5:00 pm followed by a Rosary at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated the following day at Good Shepard Catholic Church, 285 281 Loop, Johnson City, TX 78636 at 11:00 am by Rev. Brion Zarsky. Diana will be laid to rest at Johnson City Masonic Cemetery following mass. The family will receive friends for a reception following the burial at Good Shepard Catholic Church.
