Dorothy Louise Blume returned to our Lord and Savior on January 3, 2007. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Dorothy is survived by her beloved husband Edmund A Blume and their children Brenda Collins, Debra Davis, Charles E Hopkins Jr, Sharon Engelke, Darren Gray, Brenda Blume, Alice Webb, Eilene Byers, Christina Perot, 21 grandchildrend 16 great grandchildren. Dorothy was a long time resident of Cypress Cove and a member of the Chapel in the Cove Church.Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 6 at the Chapel in the Cove, 3674 Tanglewood Trail, Spring Branch, Texas 78070.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Dorothy's name to The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, PO Box 4486, Houston, Texas 77210-4486.
