Dorothy Mae Turner, 86, passed away January 20, 2016 in Marble Falls, TX. She was born February 10, 1929 in Austin, TX to Horace Perry, Sr. and Della Mae Wright Perry.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; first born child, James Lee Bible; first husband and father of their children, James William Bible, and second husband James Turner. She is survived by her eight children, Mary Baker and husband Willard, Carolyn Clark, John Bible and wife Vickie, Patty Smith and husband John, Betty Edwards, Robert Bible and wife Marie, James Bible and wife Karen, and Ray Bible and wife Rayette; brother, Horace Perry; 26 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren. Dorothy is also survived by many other loving relatives and dear friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 23, 2016 at First Baptist Church Johnson City, 102 N. Ave. F, Johnson City, TX 78636 with Rev. Kebirn Rush officiating. Interment will follow in the Johnson City Masonic Cemetery.
