Gary Wayne Ennis, 58 of Georgetown, Texas passed away on Tuesday February 23, 2016 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 28, at Crofts – Crow Funeral Home 911 Mesquite St., Blanco, Texas from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM on Monday, February 29th in the Abundant Grace Fellowship Church, 650 RR 165, Blanco, Texas, with Pastor J. D. Link officiating. Burial will follow in the Blanco Cemetery in Blanco, Texas.

Gary was born on April 5, 1957 in Austin, Texas to George and Sadie (Dennis) Ennis. He was a graduate of South San High school in San Antonio. He entered the United States Navy before graduation and later received his GED. Gary had several different businesses, and was very smart; he could fix anything from air conditioning, to cars, to boats, to electrical and could remember many details that he had read about. His last business before he retired was a Excel Service Company. Gary was always very proud of the work he did, rather big or small.

Gary is survived by his beloved companion, Bonnie Riley of Blanco, his parents, George and Sadie Ennis of San Antonio, a brother Glenn Ennis niece, Brenda Kirkland and a great nephew Nicolas Kirkland. Other extended family includes Charles Riley and wife Karla of Blanco, and their two children Hunter and Cooper, Clinton Riley and wife Lisa of Baytown, and their two children Austin and Ashley, as well as a host of friends far and wide.
