We celebrate the life of Gordon Lee Minshew II, of Johnson City, Texas, and remember all of the "good times". Prior to his death, he spent his time working with his father, David Minshew at Best Rates Electrical and HVAC Services, where he was learning to be an electrician and air conditioning technician. In his free time, he had a real passion for music. Gordon was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gordon Lee Minshew; grandmother, Tommye Juanita Robinson; and great-grandmother Betty Gilbreath.

He is survived by parents, David & Myke Minshew of Johnson City and Kym Minshew of Wylie; sister, Krystal Minshew of Austin; brother, Joshua Daniel of Marble Falls; grandparents, Eloisa & Geoffrey Telkamp of Dallas, and Suzanne & Harvey Klee of Llano; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family requests that any donations be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in the memory of Gordon Lee Minshew II.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 7th at 2:00pm at Crofts-Crow Funeral Home in Johnson City. A memorial visitation will be on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.
