Harry Joel Maloy

(1938 - 2022)

Harry Joel Maloy graduated to Heaven on April 29, 2022. Harry was born January 16, 1938 to Troy Francis Maloy and Harriett Rube Maloy. He was the oldest of their 4 children. He graduated from Ed Couch Elsa High School in 1957, and shortly after entered the US Marines, where he served until 1960. Harry married Karen K Rainey on December 21, 1962.

Harry is preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Hariett, wife, Karen, and great grandson, Carson Walker Joel Brooks. He is survived by his siblings, Troy, Lilly, and Alice; children, Jackie Lott and husband Steve, Kathy Stevenson and husband Wynn, Bryan Maloy and wife Laura; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Tiffany, Andrew, Kealy, Ken, Katie, Rachel, John, Mason, Addilyn, Jarrett, Duke, Tate, and Ryan.

Harry knew and loved the Lord and made it a priority to teach his family to know Him as well. He will be remembered by his devotion to family and friends, his jolly and witty ways, and his generosity. Harry never met a stranger, loved people, and cherished every friendship he made in his life.

The family will be celebrating his life in a private memorial service.
