Heidi Ann
Mcbride
Nov 16, 1972 — Nov 14, 2023
Spring Branch
Heidi McBride , 50, of Spring Branch, Texas, passed away peacefully in her home after a brief illness on November 14, 2023. Heidi was born November 16, 1972 and was adopted as a young child by Patricia (Kelley) McBride and Gary McBride of Middleboro, MA. Heidi was a graduate of Apponequet High School, Lakeville, MA in 1990. It was by her perseverance and dedication that she later put herself through college and received her Associates in Arts of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in Vermont. Anyone who knew Heidi, knew how important self-growth and independence was to her.
Heidi is survived by her two sons, Joshuah Welch and Shawn Liberatore and her newest love, (granddaughter) Wrenn (4 months), of MA, her brother Michael McBride, of AZ and many family and friends in Massachusetts, Vermont, Arizona, Utah and Texas, who will miss her terribly. Heidi was elated to be a grandmother and planned to move back to Massachusetts within the next year to be closer to Wrenn.
Although Heidi's life was cut short, she managed to impact so many people along her life journey, from her years in Massachusetts, working as a peer support specialist in the Department of Mental Health and Crisis, to her years in Arizona, Vermont, and her current residence of Texas working as a Healthcare Specialist.
Heidi will be remembered as being the loudest, funniest person in the room, with her nails freshly painted and her lipstick on. She was an avid New England Patriots fan, and tried to never miss a football Sunday, constantly keeping track of her fantasy football team. Heidi was also a cat lover, she had two of her own, Carmen and Oreo. But most importantly, Heidi will be lovingly remembered for the constant love and support she provided her family and friends near and far.
Heidi's wishes were to be cremated and have her ashes spread in Kennebunkport, Maine, where many of her fondest childhood and adult memories took place.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in her memory, to the Corrigan Canteen. Checks can be mailed to: Corrigan Mental Health Center, 49 Hillside Street Fall River, MA 02720 Attn: Amy Bartle.
