Hilda was a very talented and creative person and a good cook. No Mixes for her. It was her job to sew clothes for her family starting at age 12. She continued sewing all our clothes and for many, many customers. My sister and I just showed her a picture of the wedding dress we wanted and she created them. She was still sewing until her stroke in September of 2015.
She will be missed but there is comfort in knowing she's with her loved ones and probably dancing the Westphalia waltz with daddy. (Their favorite)
