SERVICE LOCATION HAS CHANGED
James E. Devers, 88, of Bakersfield California, passed away on December 10, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Visitation will be on Monday, December 15, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Crofts ? Crow Funeral Home, in Johnson City, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM at Crofts-Crow Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Rocky Creek Cemetery.
Jim was born on May 10, 1926 in Long Beach, CA. and grew up in Taft Ca. He is preceded by his wife Nell Gipson Devers, a native of Johnson City Texas.
Jim is survived by his son; James Devers Jr., Daughter Tempie Devers Roberts, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be missed, but he is with Nell now.
