Jay Richard Fleak passed away at the age of 53 on August 30, 2023 in Christus Santa Rosa Hospital, New Braunfels, Tx. Jay was born March 7,1970 to the late Richard Edward Fleak and Linda Jean Crawford-Bush in Orlando, Florida.

Jay is survived by his wife Jessica Laureano-Fleak; daughter, Jaden Marie Fleak; his mother, Linda Jean Crawford-Bush; his sister, Kimberly Rae Fleak-Wouda and husband Peter; and two nephews, Justin Ray Johns and Brandon Robert Hurst. He is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends throughout Florida and Texas.

His favorite pass times were playing pool and fishing with his best pals. Jay was absolutely dangerous on the pool table. He loved making people laugh with his witty sense of humor.

Jay will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him, but his spirit will live on by the memories shared from family and friends.
