John Thomas Adams lost his battle to a rare blood cancer on March 19th, 2017.

John was born in Blanco Texas on May 28th, 1935. John was a U.S. Army veteran. He served during the Korean Conflict and the height of the Cold War. He was an incredibly bright man and always aware of new world trends. He loved the outdoors, exploring the Southwest U.S, and had an intimate knowledge of the Old West and Native American history. John was the one person in the world who could truly protect you in the event of a global catastrophe…..he could farm the land and produce a bountiful array of fruits and veggies for the entire neighborhood, he knew how to raise animals and was an incredibly devoted pet owner, and he could fend off a rattlesnake with 1 hand.

John is survived by 3 loving children and 2 adorable grandchildren. We miss you dad…..

A graveside service will be held for John on June 2 ^nd at 10 AM at the Blanco Cemetery.
