Joyce Journey passed away May 17th at Palestine Regional Hospital. She was 68 years of age. Joyce was an active participant and a past worthy matron in the Order of the Eastern Star, as well as a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Bryan Texas. She is survived by her daughter Joy Lynn and her son James of Kentucky and his two children Jessica and John as well as her mother Olivia Weisershausen of Johnson City and her four brothers and sister W.D. of Dripping Springs, Don of Odessa, Adlai of O'Brien, Ronnie of Johnson City and Bonnie of Bryan Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband John Journey and her father Harold Weiershausen. The visitation will be at Crofts funeral home Monday may 21st from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Services will be on Tuesday the 22nd at 2pm at Crofts funeral home with burial in the Masonic Cemetery in Johnson City. Services will be officiated by Don Suits II.
