Lawrence Burton Glaze, 82 , of Blanco passed away on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at South Austin Medical Center in Austin, Texas.

Lawrence was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Hallie Mae Taliaferro Glaze and William L. Glaze.  He graduated from A&M High School in College Station Texas and was a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran.  Lawrence was an avid shooter, hunter and outdoorsman who loved his family dearly.

Survivors include his wife, Deanna Meeks Glaze of Blanco; daughter, Holly Ann Glaze Rakowitz; sons, Rex Alan Glaze, Ovey Scott Glaze and Allen Wayne McMicken; also niece, Susan Hensley; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  Lawrence was preceded in death by his parents, William and Hallie Glaze and his sister, Barbara Hurst.

A visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018, at Croft-Crow Funeral Home in Blanco with graveside services to follow at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Blanco Cemetery in Blanco.
