Melrose Weirich Sultemeier, 93, passed away Tuesday, July 11, 2017 in Fredericksburg, TX.  Mrs. Sultemeier was born February 28, 1924 in Johnson City, TX to Hugo Weirich and Lydia Klaener Weirich.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Lee Sultemeier; son, William Lee Sultemeier; brother, Hugo Weirich, Jr.; sisters, Irene Knoll and Louise Danz.

Mrs. Sultemeier is survived by her daughter, Elaine Thurman and husband Rusty; daughter in law, Mary Ann Sultemeier; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

The family will receive family and friends at Crofts – Crow Funeral Home in Johnson City at 9:00 AM, Thursday, July 13, 2017 where funeral services will begin at 10:00 AM in the chapel with Pastor Lee Romero officiating.  Interment will follow in Rocky Creek Cemetery.
