Michael Houston McDonald, 59 of Arlington, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 after a lengthy illness. Services will be on Saturday, August 1, 2015 12:00 PM at Crofts ? Crow Funeral Chapel, 911 Mesquite St. Blanco, Texas. Burial will follow in the Blanco Cemetery in Blanco, Texas.

Michael was born on December 23, 1955, in Houston, Texas to Wilmer Joe and Eleanor (Loomis) McDonald. He was a graduate of Brownsville High School in Brownsville, Texas and attended Texas A&M University. He worked as a computer programmer for Chase Bank for 38 years.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Wilmer Joe McDonald and his brother, Douglas Wilson McDonald.

He is survived by his mother, Eleanor McDonald of Fredericksburg; sister, Rebecca Stephens and husband, Randy of Graham; niece, Jennifer Demel and her husband, Sam and their two children, Grayson and Berkeley of Fort Worth; aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
