Rochelle Ann (Nivison) Pemberton, 69, of Austin, passed away in Johnson City, TX surrounded by her loving family.  Rochelle was born in Edinburg, TX to Ted E. and Louise (Matheson) Nivison.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Crofts – Crow Funeral Chapel in Johnson City.

Rochelle's career was spent working for the State of Texas at the Capital, serving in various capacities throughout her tenure.  She was with the Boxing Federation for several years.  Rochelle dedicated the majority of her time to the State as a Lobbyist with the Texas Legislature where she wrote and was responsible for many multi-million dollar grants.  She was very proud of these accomplishments and her time with the State of Texas.

Rochelle was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Janelle McCann.  She is survived by her two daughters, Tracey Ulrich and husband Keith and Dyana Pemberton; four grandchildren, Kristopher Ulrich and wife Terri, Michelle Herrera, Robert Herrera, and Trevor Ulrich; two great grandchildren, Presten and Emily Fiedler; niece, Misty Dickerson and nephew, Tony Barnett.  Rochelle is also survived by other loving relatives and dear friends.
