Roger Keith Moore , beloved resident of Blanco, TX, peacefully passed away on December 16, 2023. He was born on February 18, 1932, to Clifton Earl Moore and Lucille Moore (Chitwood) in the charming town of Buda.

In his 91 years of life, Roger touched the hearts of many and will be fondly remembered by all who knew him. He had an unwavering love for his family, especially his late sister Peggy Moore Sparks.

Roger had a deep appreciation for nature and cherished his time with his beloved "bison family." As an active member of the Texas Bison Association, he dedicated his time to preserving and promoting the welfare of these majestic creatures. He also had a profound respect for the Lakota Sioux tribe, fostering a deep connection with their culture.

To honor his memory and celebrate his remarkable life, a graveside service will be held at Jeffery Cemetery on Friday, December 22, 2023, at 11:00 AM. Family, friends, and all those who were touched by Roger's presence are invited to come together to bid him a heartfelt farewell.
