Stephen Langbein, age 62 passed away peaceful at his home surrounded by family on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 after a hard battle with cancer.

Stephen was born on January 25, 1954 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Karl and Elizabeth Langbein. He was proceeded in death by his mother and father, brother in laws Steve Baker, Leonard Strackbein, Roland Lorenz and Charlie Wanner, nephew Lance Scott, grandson Evan Langbein and granddaughter Destiny Conatser.

Stephen is survived by his wife of 41 years, Judy Langbein, four sons and spouses, Shane Langbein, Shaun Langbein and wife Tiffany, Travis Langbein and wife Elizabeth, C. J. Langbein. Four grandson:  Cohen, Hunter, Kaden and Jayden Langbein, three granddaughters: Kyleigh, Adisyn and Morgan Langbein, two sisters; Carolyn Moellendorf and husband Joe, Betty Wanner and a brother John Langbein, sister in laws and spouses; Tina Scott and husband Larry, Darlene Gibson and Aubrey, Kassie Scott and husband Ronnie, Barbara Strackbein and Douglas Lorenz. Mother in law Dottie Lorenz and many nieces, nephews and many many friends.

Service will be on Saturday, December 17 ^th at Liberty Lighthouse Fellowship at 10:00 AM, visitation will also be on Saturday at the church from 9:00 am to service time. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery in Johnson City under the direction of Crofts – Crow Funeral Home in Johnson City.
