Sterling Jay Kyle, 55, of Blanco passed away suddenly on Friday, April 28 ^th at his home. Memorial services will be held at Blanco United Methodist Church, on May 12, 2017, at 10:00 AM.

Sterling was born in Del Rio, Texas to A. C. and Helen (Fox) Kyle. He was a graduate of Del Rio High School and went on the graduate from New Mexico State University with a Masters in Education. Sterling served in the U A Army during Desert Storm. He married Charlotte Ann Brigman on April 1, 2009. Sterling worked for Lowe's as a gas station attendant until his death. He lived for several years in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Sterling is preceded in death by his parents.

Sterling is survived by his wife, Charlotte Ann Kyle of Blanco, a son, Dustin Kyle of Cary, NC, a daughter, Sierra Dawn Kyle of Cary, NC, a sister, Rhonda Lepisto and husband, Chuck of Brackettville, TX and a granddaughter, Ella Kyle. Aunt & Uncle Bob and Diane Tankersley of Reno, NV, and Michael Kyle of Del Rio, TX and other cousins. Four nieces and nephews; Shannon Blackie of Indiana, Jason Hancock, Houston, Devin Glenn of Austin and Andrew Laughlin of Houston.
