Tammy Jean Jackson, 56, passed away October 17, 2016 in San Antonio.  She was born September 19, 1960 in Shelbyville, IN to Harold and Dorothy Smith.  Tammy was preceded in death by her father.  She is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Jimmy Jackson; her mother, Dorothy; three children, Brian Jackson and wife Megan, Chris Jackson and wife Tina, and Melissa Jackson; brothers, Jerry and Gary Smith; sisters, Robin Smith and Gay Deleon; brother in law, Bobby Jackson; sisters in law, Connie Eckman and Roberta Smith; two grandchildren Collin and Jordan.  Tammy is also survived by a host of other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Crofts - Crow Funeral Home in Johnson City.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 21, 2016 at the HOME Church, 405 U.S. Hwy 281, Johnson City, TX 78636.  Interment will follow in the Johnson City Masonic Cemetery.
