Thomas B. Fine passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2015 in Llano, Texas. Thomas was born to Elbert E. Fine and Jimmie E Fine March 19, 1931, in Medina Texas. Mr Fine lived in Dripping Springs, Texas and then moved to Johnson City with his parents 1951. Then he moved to Llano Texas, where he resided with his Niece Elisca Parsons-Hebert and her late husband Lloyd Hebert. From March 6, 2003, until God called him Home. He was preceded in death by his parents Elbert and Jimmie Fine, his sisters: Elva Shoemake of Kerrville Texas, and Oleta Sisson of Johnson City, Texas. He leaves a Brother Nathainel Edward Fine of Del Norte Colorado, and many nieces, and nephews. Lots of them. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Phillips Cemetery in Dripping Springs.
